Infrex India provides its users with the option of creating posts/quizzes/Media files and/or upload and publish content/ courses on the Platform ("User Content"). When you submit or upload or publish any content on the website you represent and warrant that:

(b). The content you upload will not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to copyright, moral rights, trademark, patent or rights of privacy or publicity.

Infrex India reserves the right to review such content uploaded by the user and in case any content is found to be contradictory or in violation of our policies or applicable laws, Infrex India may remove any content immediately from the Platform and/or terminate/suspend the user account or put a sanction or penalty in its sole discretion or by exercising its administrative authority.
Infra Points
The Infra Rewardz is open to all individual having transactions (Financial or Non Financial) on Infrex India's portal by means of purchasing Infrex India's sole products, visiting Page, reviewing its Products, Sharing website url or referring page or products excluding the products offered by our associate partners.
1. Earning: We award Infra Points accordance with the rules and guidelines stated in earning tab -
(a). Infra Points can be accrued by making payments/transactions, like - purchasing Infrex India's sole products, visiting Page, reviewing its Products, Sharing website url or referring page or products and or Purchases, on Infrex India's website using your Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/wallets or CNP. Infra Points earned by you will be credited to your wallet within or later 35 working days. These Infra Points need to be redeemed within two years (24 months excluding the month of accrual) of earning them. Unredeemed Infra Points will expire at the end of two years.
(b). No any consideration, rewards, or incentive (including any money, rebate, loyalty points, donation to charity or other organization, or other benefit) is given for the transactions made towards our affiliate partners/organizations or on purchasing the products offered by them.
2. Purpose: You understand that the we provide this Site for you to avail the various facilities/services and claim the earned Infra Points accrued by you, and enable you to redeem them by selecting eligible products or services offered by Infrex India or our partner organizations.
3. Redemption: You need as low as minimum of 1 Infra Points to start redemption. Redemption can only be made on this page or by contacting the Infrex India's support team. Currently redemption is available on our brand products available on our websites not at outlets.
4. Expiry: Infra Points credited to your wallet, if not redeemed, will expire after 24 months, excluding the month of accrual.
Pricing and Errors
If a price or cost for any product/service or the number of Infra Points you redeem for a product or service is incorrect, regardless of an error in the, Price or cost or number of Infra Points, posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to you, or if you are able, to redeem or bear a cost or price of a product or service that was not supposed to have been released for redemption or purchase, then Infrex India will have the right to cancel that order/purchase/redemption and refund to you the entire amount of purchase or Infra Points that you redeemed. This will apply regardless of a human/logical/transactional error.
Final Discount
Any or all discounts available to you as a member of the Infra Rewardz Program or our any other promotional program including Coupon or any Voucher Code may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or special prices available to you through other promotional schemes run by the store or any other organizations. The Infra Points accrued through such purchases will be credited to your account,only if such purchases meet all eligibility criteria for Infra Points accrual.
However, Infrex India still reserves right to take the final decision or arrive at a destination which it think suitable on its sole discretion or by exercising its administrative authority.
No any discount/offer is given by Infrex India on third party transactions and or purchases made on our partners/affiliate organization's website (s).
Your use of the Site, and membership of the Infra Rewardz Program may be subject to additional terms and conditions stated on the Site on specific pages relevant to a feature, service or offer. These include terms governing the purchases or accrual, redemption and expiry of your Infra Points that override the above provisions.
Refund and Cancellation
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. We make high end quality products however, In the event you receive a product which are not functioning properly or have any serious nature of issue, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after the investigation. This entire section may be treated as a part of our "Refund and Cancellation Policy".
Refunds
You shall be entitled to a refund only if - Infrex India is unable to deliver your order or the delivered product is not functioning properly or have any serious nature of issue (s), or if we deem it necessary after having considered your issue. For refunds, you need to submit your request here: File a dispute or write us at: support@infrexa.com within 7 days of the date of purchase.
All refunds will be processed on a prorated basis, depending on the status of the Product/Service delivery. Refunds will be done directly to the original payment mode or your wallet within seven working days of finalization of the claim. Note: Refund requests received later than 7 days of purchase will not be honored.
Return or Cancellations
As a general rule, all sales made on Infrex India are final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. However, in some exceptional events if, you have requested a cancellation or have cancelled the product, in such condition the Infrex India may immediately restore/delete the such product and services from your account to restrict your further access on this.
Infrex India reserves the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case;
(i) we are unable to deliver the order in a satisfactory manner and/ or
(ii) the user tries to take advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use.
Infrex India will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable period of time.
Shipping
Infrex India offers "digital goods and services" only through this Site. All digital products or services purchased on Infrex India are delivered instantaneously or within the maximum timeline of 24 working hours. No Physical Products are sold or shipped by Infrex India presently.
No Warranty
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND YOU USE THESE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE COMPANY/ORGANISATION/INFREX INDIA BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Indemnity
