This information can include, for example – Your name, date of birth, gender, demographic information, photos, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile phone number, credit card or debit card details, geographic location, mailing address, social media account details including a list of contacts/friends and examination preference. On our Website, you remain anonymous unless you register for membership, or apply for or use a product or service.

The Information Collected Automatically: In order to improve the services our system may collect some of your data automatically.

As per our standard operating procedure, we retain the information/data of the users as long as it is necessary to deliver the services and to maintain a professional relationship between us.

However, in a case, if we delete your account for any reason including on your request we remove your information or data immediately from our system. In some cases we may retain a piece of your information in our database for the next 45 days to settle any dispute, claim, or compensation or we can also retain this information to meet any legal or administrative requirements viz – if ordered by the court or any legal agency.
